Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding made-to-order items).  
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping (U.S. Only)

We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 on all orders within the United States.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order and made-to-order pieces are crafted specially for you and may require 4–8 weeks before shipping.  
You will be notified once your order is ready to ship.

Order Tracking

A tracking link will be provided once your order ships.  
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@annica-creations.com as soon as possible.  

We can only make changes before the order has been shipped.
