Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Annica Creations. As a small business offering carefully curated jewelry, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
You may request an exchange or store credit within 3 days of delivery if:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• All tags, pouches, and accessories are intact
• The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-returnable items include:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and sets that include earrings
• Customized or made-to-order pieces
• Sale or discounted items
Exchanges & Store Credit
We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns will be processed as:
• Exchange: Items can be exchanged for the same or higher value
(any price difference must be paid by the customer)
• Store Credit: Issued once the returned item is received and inspected
Returns must be shipped within 3 business days after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

2. Include your Order Number and reason for return
3. Wait for return approval and instructions
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping for Returns
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
