Eligibility for Return
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
✔ Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
✔ Original labels, tags, and certificates (if provided)
✔ No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
- Earrings (pierced jewelry)
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Final sale / discounted items
Return Process

Our support team will review and reply within 2–3 business days.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping must include tracking.
- We do not accept returns without prior approval (RMA).
💵 Refund Method
- Once approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days, via the original payment method.
- Refunds exclude original shipping charges.
💔 Damaged or Wrong Items?
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours with photos. These will be processed with priority.
